The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Pricing and financial terms.
  • Timeline and deliverables.
  • Warranties and cancellation terms.

Approximate figures mentioned on the site (e.g. "delivery in 2-8 weeks") are reference only — actual pricing and timeline are set in the custom quote.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy, but:

  • We do not guarantee the site is free of errors or downtime.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from site use.
  • Published information (e.g. blog posts) is informational only, not binding legal or technical advice.

In all cases, our liability to any user does not exceed the amount actually paid for a contractual service (if any).

8. External links

The site contains links to third-party sites (social networks, communication tools, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or policies of these sites.

9. Changes to services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, add, or remove services offered on the site.
  • Temporarily take the site down for maintenance.
  • Update these terms — material changes are announced for 30 days.

10. Termination

If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to block your access to the site and cancel any existing contract — while retaining our right to claim damages.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure due to events beyond our control (disasters, wars, network outages, government decisions, etc.).

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably; failing that, the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.
